For the State Despite there being a specific order on 13th August, 2021 for filing a supplementary affidavit by 17th August, 2021, the petitioner did not file the same. The petitioner remained unrepresented on 23rd August, 2021 though the respondents were present. Even today the petitioner remains unrepresented but the respondents are present. In such circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, however, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
