Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the incident was a result of a property dispute. There are cases and counter cases between the parties.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of this court to the injury report.

Considering the nature of the offences and the involvement of the petitioners therein and the nature of injury, we are inclined to grant the petitioners anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) CrPC ; and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation and that they shall also appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

CRM No.4772 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
