I find from the records of the case that the investigation in respect of Uttarpara Police Station Case No. 63 of 2024 dated 11.02.2024 is in progress. So far as the case is concerned, there are certain allegations and obviously certain counter-allegations at the instance of the present petitioners. If the petitioners apprehend that they may be prejudiced, they would be at liberty to file a representation before the superior officer who, if required, would enquire and assess regarding the truth and accordingly give necessary instructions to the Investigating Officer of the case. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1756 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
