Fifty-two pieces of crude bombs were disposed of after seizure. Petitioner is named as the person involved in the incident. Petitioner does not stand in the same footing as that of the other co-accused who was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. There is an issue of long absconsion.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1913 of 2023 is dismissed.
