1. The appeals are directed against the orders dated March 22, 2021 passed in WPA 10297 of 2020 and WPA 10300 of 2020.
2. By the impugned orders, the learned Single Judge found that the writ petitioners did not satisfy the selection criteria laid down in the selection process. Consequently, learned Single Judge proceeded to dismissed both the writ petitions.
3. Learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that, the issue as to the eligibility of the appellants was not before the learned Single Judge. Only issue was whether the appellants satisfied the technical qualification laid down or not.

5. The appeals were taken up for consideration on previous dates. We repeatedly requested the learned advocate appearing for the appellants to draw our attention to the selection procedure laid down in the selection process since, the learned Judge proceeded on the basis that the appellants did not meet the technical qualification criteria laid down therein. We wanted to look into the selection process criteria in order to assess whether the appellants satisfied the technical criteria laid down in the selection process or not.
6. Learned advocate appearing for the appellants did not produce any document establishing the selection process.
7. In such circumstances, find no ground to interfere with the impugned orders of the learned Single Judge in dismissing the writ petitions.
8. In such circumstances, FMA 812 of 2021 with MAT 658 of 2021 along with connected applications thereto are dismissed without any order as to costs. (Debangsu Basak, J.) ,, (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.) Signed By :
