Petitioner has filed this writ petition against nonconsideration of the representation made by the petitioner through his advocate on 5th April, 2019 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition and it is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are sitting over the said representation for release of payment of Pension, Provident Fund, Gratuity and other retirement benefits.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5/ the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Hooghly to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his unauthorized representative within six weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 9815 of 2019 is disposed of.
