The revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against Order No. 59 dated April 19, 2021 passed by the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur in J. Misc. Case No. 81 of 2009.

The application filed by one Kalyan Kumar Kundu seeking permission to sell some portion of the Debuttar Estate of the Sri Sri Radha Gobinda Jew registered as J. Misc. Case No. 81 of 2009 was allowed by the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipur vide Order No. 25 dated April 30, 2013. The petitioner is claiming that he is the intending purchaser of the said Debuttar Estate allowed to be sold.

The application filed by said Kalyan Kumar Kundu for modification of the said order No. 25 dated April 30, 2013 since has been dismissed by the order impugned, the petitioner cannot have any plausible grievance against the said order.

The order impugned, therefore, does not call for any interference.

C.O. 1307 of 2021 is disposed of with the above observation without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
