By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent No.4 for taking steps for removal of structures constructed by the private respondents without any authority of law encroaching PWD roads and causing obstruction to the ingress and egress of the petitioner and for considering the representation dated 20th February, 2024.

Upon going through the averments in the writ petition, it is found that the property over which the illegal and unauthorised construction alleged to have been undertaken by the private respondents has not been specified by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 11736 of 2024 stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
