And Allowed In Re : Rajendra Nath Das & Ors ..... petitioners Mr. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay Mr. Santanu Maji Ms. Trisha Rakshit ... for the Petitioners.

Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee Mr. Santanu Chatterjee ...... for the State It is contended that instant case had arisen out of a domestic dispute.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the general and omnibus nature of allegations against the petitioners, we are of the opinion though custodial interrogation is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application being CRM (A) No. 2672 of 2022 is disposed of.
