Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she along with her minor children is unable to enter the residence wherein a room has been allotted to her, but because of resistance offered by the private respondents, she is unable to enter the residence. Petitioner also claims that she has no dispute with her husband, but it is the private respondents who are creating problem for such entry.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Maheshtala P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 dated 14.09.2024 is pending and general diary entry has also been drawn up.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute being a family feud, I am not inclined to pass any direction upon the police authorities. Petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for necessary directions.

Consequently the police

authorities, if they are directed by the appropriate forum, will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10777 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
