Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the murder of the deceased, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence and as custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary for unraveling the ramification of the crime and collection of evidence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. 4774 of 2021 is dismissed.
