The alleged contemnor submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

The applicant also submits that the order has been complied with but the applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the authority.

Under such circumstances, the applicant is at liberty to proceed before the appropriate forum in respect of the portion of the order passed by the alleged contemnor, by which he is still aggrieved.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.

As CAN 3 of 2016 (Old No. CAN 8533 of 2016) is already disposed of, the Registrar (IT) is hereby directed not

to show pendency of the said application during the subsequent listing of this matter.
