The petitioner has prayed for quashing of C. R. Case No.243 of 2017 (T. R. No.333 of 2017). I find from the records of the case that the evidence before charge in respect of PW-5 is in progress. Having regard to such contention, I direct the petitioner to take up all the points, which have been advanced in the present revisional application, at the stage of Section 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR No.1668 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
