This writ petition was taken out seeking a direction upon concerned respondent to consider the representation dated 19.4.2010 whereby prayer was made to fill up the post of Shiksha Sebi in additional subject, that is, Bengali and English in Bhagabanpur More Uktia Maszid and Moktab. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
