Violation of the order dated December 7, 2016 is complained of in the present contempt petitioner. Such order, require the respondent no. 7 to decide the representation and communicate the same.

Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, the respondent no. 7 took a decision dated April 6, 2017 and communicated the same under cover of a letter dated May 8, 2017. Receipt of the communication is being disputed on behalf of the petitioner. A copy of the order and the communication is made over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court. In view of the compliance, no further order is called for in the contempt petition.

CPAN 471 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
