Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of transfer passed on administrative ground which was impugned in the instant writ petition has been withdrawn by the concerned authority.

In view of withdrawal of the administrative order of transfer, the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition does not survive any more. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

The order of withdrawal of the order of transfer dated April 11, 2025 issued by the Deputy Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, School Education Department filed in Court be retained with the records.
