The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there was a single transaction in the account vide Cheque No. 434673 on 25.04.2025 for which the petitioner has been subjected to immense inconvenience as the bank account has been frozen.

The Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime Wing, West Bengal has submitted a report which reflects that Vapi Town Police Station under Valsad district, Gujarat is in seisin of the case.

Consequently neither the police authorities of West Bengal nor its jurisdictional courts can decide any issue.

The petitioner, if so advised, will approach the jurisdictional court at Gujarat which has authority over Vapi Town Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10935 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
