Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the Sessions Case No. 44 of 2015 involved in this revisional application had already been disposed of by an order of conviction and being aggrieved appeal has already been preferred and the appeal was considered with an order of acquittal.

2. It is submitted the instant revisional application has become infructuous.
