In compliance with the direction dated March 17, 2025, a report in the form of affidavit affirmed on May 08, 2025 is filed on behalf of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (hereinafter referred as "the Council" in short), let it be kept with the record. The Toshani College of Pharmacy is college run by Toshani Education and Welfare Trust, the petitioners are some of the trustees of the said Trust, they have disputes with other trustees.

The petitioners are praying that the Council may be restrained from renewing the affiliation of the said college.

Mr. Suman De, learned advocate for the Council submits that writ petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the Trust has not applied for renewal of affiliation of the said college for the present academic year.

In view of the above, W.P.A 11851 of 2024 has become infructuous and is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
