St. Counsel Mr. Rudrajit Sarkar Mr. Debangshu Dinda .....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf petitioners submits that after perusal of the list of cases provided by the State, it appears that most of the petitioners are on bail in connection with the said cases. However, the petitioner nos.11 and 13 were not aware of some of the cases. They have not taken any step to obtain bail or anticipatory bail in respect of Khejuri Police Station Case No.570/23 dated 11.09.2023, Talpatighat Coastal Police Station Case No.217/23 dated 07.10.2023, Talpatighat Coastal Police Station Case No.20/24 dated 20.02.2024.

The petitioner nos.11 and 13 shall be at liberty to pray for anticipatory bail in respect of the aforementioned cases.

The investigating agency shall not arrest them in respect of such cases for a period of three weeks from date. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
