It is submitted by the advocate appearing for respondents that the petitioner is required to submit a duly filled in nomination form and supporting papers as also the joint bank account details wherein the pension and the retiral benefits of the petitioner has to be remitted for the petitioner's pensionary benefits to be processed and released. This clarification is given by the respondents in terms of the order dated 11th August, 2021. It is also submitted on behalf of the respondents that all retiral benefits except pension and gratuity have been paid to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall meet the respondent no.3 on 25th August, 2021 at 10.30 a.m. to collect the nomination form with the list of supporting papers to be submitted with the respondent no.3.

The petitioner, on collecting the nomination form from the respondent no.3 on 25th August, 2021, shall submit the complete filled in nomination form and the supporting papers within 1st September, 2021. On that day, the petitioner shall also submit the joint bank account details. The petitioner shall be entitled to opt for changing the nominee and the joint bank account, if any already submitted to his employer,

provided the same is permissible under the service rules applicable to the petitioner The respondent no.3, if finds that the documents submitted by the petitioner are in order, shall either process or direct the petitioner's pensionary benefits and gratuity to be processed within a period of eight weeks from 1st September, 2021. In the event the respondent no.3 finds that the papers submitted by the petitioner are either incomplete or without proper details, the said respondent shall seek immediate clarification from the petitioner in this regard so that the petitioner is not harassed.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.
