Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ...... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that victim had been recovered soon after the incident. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and other accuseds had abducted the victim and extorted money. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
