Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner is an employee of the government. Petitioner was falsely implicated. He refers to an order passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

Learned advocate appearing for the Sate draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the Case Diary. It appears from the materials in the Case Diary that, petitioner is guilty of forging bills raised by the hospital for the treatment of his wife and receiving reimbursement with regard thereto from the department where he worked as government employee. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1509 of 2024 is disposed of.
