Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, on instruction, that he wants to avail the benefit under the relevant settlement scheme. Considering his submission, this writ petition being WPA 9863 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the benefit of the relevant settlement scheme. By this order, CAN 1 of 2020 is also dismissed.
