The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his request for information under the RTI Act originally made on 29th September, 2020 has not been considered. The appeals filed to the first and second appellate authority have also not yielded any results. In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner's remedy lies before the State Information Commission under the provisions of the RTI Act. Reserving right to the petitioner to approach such commission in accordance with law, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
