Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including statements of witnesses which show co-accused from whom narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered used to meet the petitioner and all of them dealt in narcotic substance. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
