The head clerk of the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia, Sri Rajnarayan Banerjee, is personally present in Court and submits that the certified copy of the order sheets as prayed for by the petitioner could not be supplied as the original case records have been transferred to Hennur police station, Bangaluru on September 11, 2024 pursuant to the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar dated September 11, 2024. The officer has placed photocopy of the order sheets before this Court.

As the original case records have already been transferred, the certified copy of the photocopy of the case records that is available shall be supplied to the petitioner by September 26, 2025 upon compliance of all necessary formalities. 3.

Apart from supplying the certified copy of the case records, none other prayers of the petitioner are

considered in this writ petition.

It will be open for the petitioner to ventilate all other grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands thus disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
