Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Having heard the learned advocates for the petitioner and the State and having considered the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim and the medical report and having considered the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. C.R.M. 4786 of 2021, is dismissed.
