The S. I. of Jalangi Police Station has filed a report dated 5th September, 2022, which is taken on record. The complaint of the writ petitioner against the private respondents was enquired into and was not substantiated. In fact, FIR is pending against the petitioner and he is found to be a notorious person. The petitioner, who claims to be a headmaster of Junior High School also keeps weapons which was directed to be surrendered by the District Magistrate. The petitioner's wife's complaint was also investigated and FRT No. 1150 dated 30.11.2015 has been filed.

It is also submitted by Jalangi Police, pursuant to the enquiries, that the petitioner has obtained sums of money from various persons for issuing false certificates.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
