The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents have forcefully trespassed into the property and assaulted the petitioners. State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner no.2 namely Ujjwal Sarkar, Jagacha Police Station Case No. 115 of 2025 dated 20.05.2025 has already been registered under the relevant provisions of BNS.

Since a case has already been registered, police authorities would take steps by putting efforts, ensure that no further untoward incident

results and to that extent, would keep a strict vigil and surveillance.

If the petitioners are faced with further inconveniences, the jurisdictional criminal court in seisin of the aforesaid criminal case be approached for the remedies prayed for.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10911 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
