Narkeldanga, Kolkata-700 009 and realize the charges and/or expenses incurred in such demolition from the private respondents of Nos. 10,11,12.

Heard the learned counsels for the State, Kolktata Municipal Corporation and the petitioner.

Learned senior counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that as directed by the High Court the representation of the petitioner was considered. Necessary steps were taken under the relevant provisions of the act and now at this stage the matter is pending before the Municipal Building Tribunal against an order of demolition.

Considering the said fact the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the proceedings before the Municipal Building Tribunal be concluded expeditiously on hearing all the parties in accordance with law.

Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
