The writ petitioner has represented before the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata, on April 1, 2021. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that a deed for rectification of an earlier Deed of Conveyance dated March 29, 2003 has been presented for registration, but has not been so accepted or dealt with.

In that view of the matter, the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata, 5, Government Place (North), Dalhousie, Kolkata-1, shall upon receipt of a copy of this order, consider the writ petitioner's representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

The writ petitioner and/or his legal representatives may be personally heard by the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata.

Let the aforesaid exercise be completed by the Registrar of Assurances, within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
