Leave granted to the advocate-on-record of the petitioner to amend the name of the contemnor in the cause title of the contempt application. The correct name of the contemnor will be Raju Malik. 2.

Affidavit of compliance filed in Court today is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on detection of unauthorized construction, all documents relating to the unauthorized construction have been forwarded by the Panchayat to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Arambagh.

It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

The receipt dated 2nd January, 2026 showing deposit of Rs.10,000/- in the Bar Association, High

Court Calcutta, filed in Court today be retained with the records.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
