1. The petitioner by way of this Public Interest Litigation seeks for revocation or cancellation of a registered lease deed dated 18.12.2008 and 04.03.2011. Such a prayer is not maintainable. Furthermore, learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submitted that a criminal complaint has been given by the private respondent against the petitioner and the F.I.R. is pending, which is the reason for filing of this writ petition.
