Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been carrying out a commercial garage on a piece of land and intended to raise a boundary wall for demarcation of the said property which has been resisted at the behest of unknown miscreants.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 126 of BNSS has been drawn up against particular individuals. In view of the police authorities having taken steps, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results. So far as the right, title, interest and demarcation of a property is concerned, the appropriate civil court would decide

the same and the police authorities are not to enter into the said domain.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10918 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
