The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of C. Case being No.CS/17833 of 2019 under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta. Petitioner approached this Court at a stage when it was fixed for appearance. Order-sheet reflects that the petitioner appeared on 14th January, 2021 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta and was granted bail. No information has been furnished to this Court regarding the subsequent development or progress in the proceedings before the learned trial court.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points agitated in the present revisional application in course of trial of the proceedings. No interference is called for at this initial stage when the petitioner approached before this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 1458 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
