Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 23rd July, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 23rd July, 2021, it is revealed that in the first paragraph of the order instead of "12th January, 2016", it should be read as "11th January, 2021". The other portion of the order dated 23rd July, 2021 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
