The petitioner has applied before the learned District Magistrate, Hooghly on July 25, 2019 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for taking possession of secured assets. The said application has not been disposed of till date. The learned District Magistrate, Hooghly shall dispose of the petitioner's application in accordance with law, positively and mandatorily within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
