Thus, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 2 to 4, South Dum Dum municipality, files a copy of the order dated 8th February, 2024, which is taken on record. In view of such submission, this writ petition being WPA 11027 of 2023 stands dismissed as being

infructuous. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
