Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in illegally abstracting electricity causing wrongful loss to the tune of Rs.6,07,062/-, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
