Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. He draws the attention of the Court to the plaint of Title Suit No. 183 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl and the medical report.

Considering the medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 4791 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
