The present petition was filed in the year 2018 praying for the following reliefs:

"a) A writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents the Chit Fund Company to release the matured amount with accrued interest of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

b) A writ in the nature of Certiorari calling upon all relevant records of the instant case lying at the Respondents concerned and by transmitting the same so that the conscionable Justice may be administered.

c) Rule NISI in terms of prayer (a) and (b) above and make the rule absolute after hearing the parties;

d) Interim Order by directing the Chit Fund Company i.e. Tower Infotech Limited to release the matured amount with accrued interest of the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible."

WPA 9707 of 2018 It is noticed that WPA 16534 of 2013 has been filed by Tower Infotech Limited, the properties of which are to be sold in terms of the prayer made in the present petition.

This Court has already taken cognizance of the prayer made by the petitioners in the aforesaid petition. The exercise is being monitored by this Court. Nothing remains in the present petition.

As no one appears for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed for default.
