Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder and as the bail prayer of co accused was rejected by this Court in CRM (DB) 1653 of 2022 and CRM (DB) 1655 of 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
