The present proceeding was initiated challenging the continuance of Amta Police Station Case No.171 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Report reflects that charge-sheet was submitted in connection with Amta Police Station Case No.171 of 2021 on or about August, under Sections 147/148/149/457/ 325/354/427/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners approached this Court at the stage when the investigation was under progress.

Having regard to change of circumstances by way of charge-sheet being submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the opinion that because of the changed circumstances, no interference can be made in the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 1460 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
