Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner was falsely implicated at the instance of fatherin-law. Victim apparently committed suicide outside his residence. Relationship between the victim and the petitioner is husband and wife.

There is another person involved who is said to be paramour of the petitioner.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest requirement of investigation as to the death of the victim and the involvement of the petitioner.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1515 of 2024 is disposed of.
