The petitioners contend that, due to certain technical issues, the college was unable to complete their admission process under respondent no. 1.

Respondent no. 1 does not dispute the college's sanctioned intake capacity. It is also an admitted position that the names of the petitioners appeared in the merit list prepared by the university.

In view of the above, the college is directed to approach the university for the admission of the petitioners within three days from the date of this order. Upon such request, the university shall regularise the admission of the petitioners, subject to the fulfillment of all necessary formalities by the college.

It is clarified that this order shall not be treated as a

precedent in future cases.

The allegations made in the present writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied by the university. Accordingly, WPA 10783 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
