The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are disturbing him and are creating nuisance.

It is submitted that a complaint has been lodged to Bhangore Police Station.

Counsel for the State submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out.

Bhangore Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
