Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case including the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., we are of the opinion that this is not fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
