The contempt petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant as well as the alleged contemnor nos.1, 2 and 3.
Mr. Mir Anuruzzaman, learned advocate representing alleged contemnor nos.1, 2 and 3 prays for service of copy of the contempt application upon him since at present he is not having the copy of the same.
It appears from the order dated 1st October, 2021, there was a direction upon the applicant to serve copy
of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors and pursuant thereto copies of the contempt application were attempted to be served upon alleged contemnor nos.1, 2 and 3 but the envelope returned to the learned advocate of the contemnor with an endorsement "refused".
In view of the refusal by the alleged contemnor nos.1, 2 and 3, this Court directs the applicant to serve notice of this contempt application enclosing copy of today's order along with contempt petition upon Mr. Mir Anuruzzaman who is representing the said contemnors. In addition there to, the alleged contemnor no.4 be served with a notice of this contempt application enclosing copy of the application and today's order.
The applicant is directed to file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date.
List the matter for further consideration under the same heading on Friday next (17.12.2021).
