The present revisional application was preferred for challenging the proceedings arising out of Bongaon Police Station Case No. 768 of 2019 dated 13.10.2019 under Section 498A/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigating agency on conclusion of investigation, submitted charge-sheet on or about 30.10.2019 under Sections 498A/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears for the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contentions advanced in this revisional application and I find that the same are based on factual circumstances which are required to be adjudicated by the learned trial court. Having regard to the contentions advanced in this revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1473 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
